HKUST Students and Alumni Demonstrate Dramatic Talent in Broadway Musical

Directed by Prof. Oliver Lo of HKUST’s Division of Humanities, over 60 students and alumni of the HKUST staged a 3-hour award-winning Broadway musical – How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying – to demonstrate to full-house audience that science, engineering and business students can shine bright on the musical stage.

How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying is a broadway musical won Tony Awards and The Pulitzer Prize for Drama & The New York Drama Critics Circle award. All roles were sung by current students and alumni. About 60 students were actively incolved with this project as performers (singers and instrumentalists) and assistant directors and stage managers.
