Office of Dean
Ms Christine TANG
Christine handles school budgeting and office resources planning, and assists in formulating strategic plans for office administration. She serves as a liaison with both internal and external parties catering to the School and departmental operational initiatives. She oversees the planning, organisation and operation of schoolwide activities and events. She renders executive support to the Dean on daily School operations.
Miss Mandy SIN
Mandy handles faculty and non-academic personnel administration by assisting in faculty recruitment/substantiation, staff onboarding, workforce planning and catering to the staffing needs. She leads and coordinates the inter-departmental collaboration across different programs. She liaises with external parties such as academic / industrial partners where necessary in support of the school-wide initiatives and special projects’ implementation.
Miss Angi LAW
Angi provides a full spectrum of administrative support to the Dean’s Office, which includes assistance with various research/ academic/ co-curricular projects, coordinating events such as congregations and conferences, providing secretarial and logistical support for organising meetings, and performing other day-to-day operations as required.
Assistant Manager (Program)
Ms Heidi TSANG
Heidi works closely with the Associate Dean (UG) for the direction, coordination and overall management of the UG Programs (including both Major & Minor Programs), student outreach and recruitment.
Ms Yuki LAI
Yuki provides executive support to the operations of MA in Chinese Culture and MA in Social Science programs, including admissions, handling enquiries and correspondence, program events and various Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives.
Miss Stacey YAU
Stacey provides executive support to the operations of the MA in International Language Education. She will also provide administrative support for admissions, handling enquiries and correspondence, liaising with international departments/units and external parties, organizing events and activities for students.
Miss Denise LAW
Denise provides general administrative support to the International and Mainland Program Office and the University’s central units. She also helps to develop and maintain partnerships and agreements on student exchange and other non-local learning programs. She will also coordinate the logistics for summer programs, co-organize with external parties, offer information to enquiries related to inbound visits and outbound study opportunities. She is also our Critical Incident Coordinator.
Ms Clara SO
Secretarial support to the Dean and provides secretarial/logistics support to meeting scheduling and reception arrangement.
Miss Jun QIU
Jun provides teaching associate to multiple quantitative methods related courses of the Master of Science in Global China Studies (MGCS) program, mainly leading online and offline tutorials and statistical analysis software training sessions, and also provides support to other MGCS courses and instructors. In addition, she facilitates the curriculum development initiatives of the program, and student recruitment, admissions, as well as advising.
Ms Peggy CHAN
Peggy provides clerical and administrative support for the Dean’s Office.
Miss Jenny LIM
Jenny provides logistics support for School events and conferences, as well as creative arts courses in music, creative writing and film, such as coordinating guest speaker/artist logistics; crafting and implementing local and global publicity strategies; planning and coordinating venues, ticketing and guest list logistics; and performing other administrative duties in the School.
Miss Riley CHAN
Riley provides administrative support to the UG team, including liaising with internal departments/ units and external parties, making arrangement for meetings and dealing with enquiries. She is responsible for organizing events including but not limited to the student activities, undergraduate recruitment and outreach activities, and also responsible for providing support on internship program and managing SHSS undergraduate social media platforms.
Miss Annika CHEUK
Annika provides general administrative support to the PG team. Including: making arrangements for meetings, organizing events, managing database, handling BR/project, liaising with internal and external parties, and carrying our ad hoc duties as assigned.

Mr. Leung provides general administrative support to the UG team, including liaising with internal departments/units and external parties, handling correspondence, making arrangements for meetings, organizing events, managing projects and carrying our ad hoc duties as assigned.
Ms Wendy TSANG
Wendy provides administrative support to Research Postgraduate programs. She also provides support to the Program Service and Advising Office.
Miss Natania LIU
Miss Liu provides general administrative support to DHSS. Including: making arrangements for meetings, organizing events, managing database, handling BR, liaising with internal and external parties, and carrying ad hoc duties as assigned.

Katie provides general administrative support to the Research Postgraduate team, including but not limited to liaising with internal and external parties; providing operational support to the RPG programs; assisting in admission and registration related matters; maintaining database and records; handling correspondence; updating website and carrying out ad hoc duties as assigned.
Ms Vickie WONG
Ms Wong provides administrative support to course instructors to facilitate the teaching and learning of practicum arts courses. She is also responsible for supporting a variety of SHSS events, including but not limited to the SHSS art or cultural projects, graduation ceremony, Information Day, conferences organized by the School and the faculty, and other student events.

Miss Vicky FU
Vicky provides executive support to the Division in academic and financial related matters, and matters pertaining to the running of the Division. She also serves as Office Manager and Inter-Departmental Liaison Person of the Division.
Miss Ada YIP
Ada provides administrative and coordination support to the three programs of the Division: Public Humanities Lectures, Quality Assurance, and Humanities Undergraduate Program. She also handles matters relating to faculty’s research grants, seminars and events, petty cash and hotline enquiries.
Ms Hermia LI
Hermia provides secretarial support to the Division Head. She is also mainly responsible for all personnel matters including faculty’s recruitments, substantiations and promotions as well as contract renewals of faculty and staff in the Division.

Phil provides computer and AV technical support for the Division of Humanities and the Dean’s Office.

Teresa provides general administrative support to the office operation; handling procurement and reimbursement orders; handling examination arrangements and grade reporting; assisting in event coordination and ad-hoc projects; liaising with internal and external parties, and other duties as assigned.

Jenny is the contact person of the office. She also helps the Director to coordinate Center’s research activities and administrative issues.

Jo oversees the CLE General Office and involves in CLE's strategic and operational planning, including administrative and human resources management.

Ms Doris LEE
Doris is responsible for a number of administrative areas related to the language courses and student activities organized by CLE. She assists with the management of the General Office and serves as a liaison person in coordinating and cooperating with internal and external parties.
Assistant Manager (Programming)
Ms Andrea CHAN
Andrea is responsible for the planning and management of CLE’s curriculum and courses, including credit-bearing courses, non-credit bearing courses and extended curriculum. She is also the key person in the General Office to advise students on their study pathways and other academic related matters.
Ms Joan TANG
Joan provides programming support for the Extended Curriculum, as well as administrative and testing support for CLE.

Carra provides administrative and clerical support for CLE. She also handles student and staff enquiries at the reception of CLE Office.

Carmen provides support for the programming of the Extended Curriculum and the daily operation of the Language Commons.

Ms Angela CHENG
Angela is the personal secretary of the CLE Director.
Senior IT Officer
Mr. Bronson SO
Bronson is responsible for the School’s IT support services and equipment, including the allocation of IT resources, strategic IT planning, oversight of IT performance, supervision of the IT team, monitoring projects, coordination of applications development, and cooperating with system administrators from other departments. He is also a member of CLE’s IT committee.
Mr. Johannes CHANDRA
Johannes provides IT support for the School, including equipment setup and installation, providing training and workshops, stock taking, and assisting in equipment resources planning. He also assists with maintaining software systems.
Mr. Felix LI
Felix provides designing support for the School from concept planning to design to production, which includes course materials, posters, leaflets, eboard announcements, and websites. He also assists with providing general IT support to users.
Ms Mandy TSANG
Mandy provides software support to the School, including applications development, troubleshooting applications issues, and providing technical expertise in assessing new IT software projects. She also assists with maintaining software systems.
Ms Emily WONG
Emily provides IT support for the School. She also assists with maintaining IT facilities (both hardware and software).
