Faculty Program at National Humanities Center

 

The School of Humanities and Social Science calls for nomination to school faculty on program application at the National Humanities Center (NHC), North Carolina.  

 

NHC welcomes proposals not only from the traditional humanities fields, but also projects that present exciting interdisciplinary connections like bioethics, environmental humanities, history of science and technology, and film and media studies. They are especially interested in the diversity of their fellowship class, so scholars of Asian descent are particularly welcome, although the ultimate criterion for the selection remains the quality of the proposal.

 

Successful candidates may apply for one full academic year or one semester residential fellowship. The call for application typically opens in July with a deadline in September.
