Minibus Sign Painting Workshop
3:30pm - 5:30pm
Room 3391 UG Commons (Lift 17-18)

The red minibus is one of the many symbols of Hong Kong. Fares and destinations of routes are often painted in blue and red color on white acrylic signs that are put behind the windscreens of red minibusses.

In this coming workshop, we have invited Mr. MAK Kam Sang to teach participants how to paint such minibus signs. Mr. MAK started painting signs for red minibusses in the 80s and is now the only hand-painted acrylic minibus sign maker in Hong Kong.
