Mr. SU Shishu Appointed Adjunct Professor at the Division of Humanities, HKUST

We are honored to welcome Mr. SU Shishu as an Adjunct Professor of the Division of Humanities, effective 1 August 2026.
Mr. SU Shishu is a distinguished contemporary Chinese calligrapher. He served as a Member of the 10th National Committee of The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and as a Standing Committee Member of the 11th and 12th National Committees of CPPCC. He is also a Member of the Central Research Institute of Culture and History and served as the 7th President of the China Calligraphers Association. In addition, he has taught calligraphy at Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, and other institutions.
We sincerely hope that his distinguished achievements and extensive experience in calligraphy, Chinese cultural heritage, and arts education will further strengthen the HKUST's engagement with the cultural and arts sectors, enrich students' learning experiences, broaden their horizons, and contribute to the long-term development of both the School and the University.
