Ms Connie LEUNG
Connie provides administrative support to Dean/HSS including budget preparation and control; supervision and training of junior staff; coordination of support services to the School in academic and personnel matters.
Ms Christine TANG
Christine helps to provide executive support to the Dean and serve as an administrative liaison person between the Dean and other administrators. She organizes and orchestrates the flow of activities, calendars, timeliness, correspondence, and meetings; assists in School-wide activities, as well as administration of the new PDR system.
Miss Mandy SIN
Mandy provides administrative support for the School’s faculty affairs such as recruitment, appointments, promotion and research. She gives also executive support to the operations of the office including liaising with internal departments/units and external parties.
Assistant Manager (Program)
Ms Heidi TSANG
Heidi works closely with the Associate Dean (UG) for the direction, coordination and overall management of the UG Programs (including both Major & Minor Programs), student outreach and recruitment.
Ms Yuki LAI
Yuki provides executive support to the operations of MA in Chinese Culture and MA in Social Science programs, including admissions, handling enquiries and correspondence, program events and various Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives.
Miss Stacey YAU
Stacey provides executive support to the operations of the MA in International Language Education. She will also provide administrative support for admissions, handling enquiries and correspondence, liaising with international departments/units and external parties, organizing events and activities for students.
Miss Denise LAW
Denise provides general administrative support to the International and Mainland Program Office and the University’s central units. She also helps to develop and maintain partnerships and agreements on student exchange and other non-local learning programs. She will also coordinate the logistics for summer programs, co-organize with external parties, offer information to enquiries related to inbound visits and outbound study opportunities. She is also our Critical Incident Coordinator.
Ms Clara SO
Secretarial support to the Dean and provides secretarial/logistics support to meeting scheduling and reception arrangement.
Miss Jun QIU
Jun provides teaching associate to multiple quantitative methods related courses of the Master of Science in Global China Studies (MGCS) program, mainly leading online and offline tutorials and statistical analysis software training sessions, and also provides support to other MGCS courses and instructors. In addition, she facilitates the curriculum development initiatives of the program, and student recruitment, admissions, as well as advising.
Ms Wendy TSANG
Wendy provides administrative support to Research Postgraduate programs. She also provides support to the Program Service and Advising Office.
Ms Peggy CHAN
Peggy provides clerical and administrative support for the Dean’s Office.
Miss Grace AU
Grace provides assistance to the Dean’s Office in various activities, including administrative and logistics support to the meetings, handling correspondences and enquires, assisting in compilation of reports etc.
Miss Tina YIK
Tina provides administrative support to the UG team, including liaising with internal departments/ units and external parties, making arrangement for meetings and dealing with enquiries. She is responsible for organizing events including but not limited to the student activities, undergraduate recruitment and outreach activities, and also responsible for providing support on internship program and managing SHSS undergraduate social media platforms.
Miss Annika Cheuk
Annika provides general administrative support to the PG team. Including: making arrangements for meetings, organizing events, managing database, handling BR/project, liaising with internal and external parties, and carrying our ad hoc duties as assigned.
He/she provides administrative support to the UG team, including making arrangement for meetings, managing database, handling BR/project, and liaising with internal and external parties. (S)he is responsible for organizing events including but not limited to the student activities, information sessions, orientation and workshops, and also responsible for providing support on exchange program and QSA.

Angi provides administrative coordination support for SHSS creative arts education course and event initiatives and School-level publications and events.

He/ She is also responsible for supporting a variety of SHSS events, including but not limited to the SHSS art or cultural projects, graduation ceremony, Information Day, conferences organized by the School and the faculty, and other student events.

Miss Vicky FU
Vicky provides executive support to the Division in academic and financial related matters, and matters pertaining to the running of the Division. She also serves as Office Manager and Inter-Departmental Liaison Person of the Division.
Miss Ada YIP
Ada provides administrative and coordination support to the three programs of the Division: Public Humanities Lectures, Quality Assurance, and Humanities Undergraduate Program. She also handles matters relating to faculty’s research grants, seminars and events, petty cash and hotline enquiries.
Ms Hermia LI
Hermia provides secretarial support to the Division Head. She is also mainly responsible for all personnel matters including faculty’s recruitments, substantiations and promotions as well as contract renewals of faculty and staff in the Division.

Phil provides computer and AV technical support for the Division of Humanities and the Dean’s Office.

Samantha provides administrative coordination support to the division including but no limited to assisting in the general office operations; organizing seminars/ events; handling the development and distribution of publicity materials/ website updates as well as compilation of data submission/reports; handling/resolving procurement requests; liaising with internal departments/ units and external parties; etc.

Elsie provides general administrative support such as eProcurement, reimbursement, inventory, liaising with internal and external parties, and other administrative logistics support.
Office of Center for Applied Social and Economic Research
The position is mainly responsible for the coordination work of a household survey conducted by CASER, and perform administrative duties for the Center.

Jenny is the contact person of the office. She also helps the Director to coordinate Center’s research activities and administrative issues.

Candice is the most senior member of CLE’s administrative staff and responsible for a number of administrative and management areas, including financial control, human resources management and course administration.

Doris is responsible for a number of administrative areas related to the language courses and student activities organized by CLE. She assists with the management of the General Office and serves as a liaison person in coordinating and cooperating with internal and external parties.
Ms Joan TANG
Joan provides administrative support for the Informal Curriculum for Language Learning (iLANG) Team and administrative and logistical support for iLANG events. She also oversees the overall operation of the Language Commons under the supervision of the Coordinator of iLANG Team.

Carman provides administrative and clerical support for the delivery of the Informal Curriculum for Language Learning (iLANG) events and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Language Commons. She also handles student and staff enquiries related to iLANG and the Language Commons.

Angela is the personal secretary of the CLE Director.
Senior IT Officer
Mr. Bronson SO
Bronson is responsible for the School’s IT support services and equipment, including the allocation of IT resources, strategic IT planning, oversight of IT performance, supervision of the IT team, monitoring projects, coordination of applications development, and cooperating with system administrators from other departments. He is also a member of CLE’s IT committee.
Mr. Johannes CHANDRA
Johannes provides IT support for the School, including equipment setup and installation, providing training and workshops, stock taking, and assisting in equipment resources planning. He also assists with maintaining software systems.
Mr. Felix LI
Felix provides designing support for the School from concept planning to design to production, which includes course materials, posters, leaflets, eboard announcements, and websites. He also assists with providing general IT support to users.
Ms Mandy TSANG
Mandy provides software support to the School, including applications development, troubleshooting applications issues, and providing technical expertise in assessing new IT software projects. She also assists with maintaining software systems.
Mr. Michael CHO
Michael provides IT support for the School, which including the installation of software systems, setting up security measures, and assisting in the enhancement of existing software systems. He also assists with online applications design and maintenance.
