Enrollment & Application Procedure
Eligibility
Students must have obtained 1.5 (C-) or better in the cumulative grade average (CGA) to be eligible to apply.

The above schedule also applies to the withdrawal from the Minor Program.
Application Procedures
- Only online form is accepted. The Form (RR-37) can be found HERE.
- Students must complete the Declaration of Undergraduate Minor Program online and upload the unofficial transcript to the system.
- Upon submission, the form will be first passed to the major department for endorsement. The endorsed applications will then reach the minor program office for approval.
- Please make sure the form reaches the minor program office by the stipulated deadline. Late and incomplete application will not be processed.
